No. 25 Colonials Cruise To The 8-1 Win

WASHINGTON, DC - George Washington men's squash defeated North Carolina, 8-1, in a match Saturday, Feb. 2, at the Lerner Health and Wellness Center.

The Colonials, ranked 25th in the country, dropped just one match to the Tar Heels and six of the points came in straight sets, 3-0. The GW victories came from Jarryd Commerford, Alex Funk, Stefan Georg, Matt Nelson-Teutsch, Peter Creech, Mike Bower, Bradley Birenbaum and David Litner.

George Washington ends their regular season this weekend, when they host Virginia (11:00a.m.) and Haverford (3:00p.m.) Saturday, Feb. 9. Both matches will be held at the Lerner Health and Wellness Center.
